Job Summary
This role involves taking independent and confident technical leadership of the Service Desk team, ensuring seamless IT support across national and international locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing and processing incoming IT requests via the ticketing system, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinating escalations proactively. The successful candidate will analyze and optimize existing support processes, ensure compliance with relevant requirements, and actively support the introduction of new IT tools. Key qualifications include a completed education as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification, coupled with several years of experience in IT support and initial leadership experience.
