This role is for a hands-on Service Technician specializing in digital advertising displays (DCLP), based primarily in Bergheim, Germany, with occasional nationwide travel (approximately 10%). The core responsibilities include the repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of these displays both in the warehouse and on-site at partner locations across the country. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous fault analysis, troubleshooting, and structured documentation of causes and solutions to ensure sustainable issue resolution. You will also be responsible for setting up displays within company systems and managing service and fault tickets. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician, and possesses practical experience in maintaining electrical or electronic equipment.
