Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary SAP support specialist for production users, focusing on ensuring the integrity and functionality of SAP processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Key User will be responsible for providing first-level support, validating production-related SAP processes, and contributing to cross-module SAP developments. A core part of the job includes developing training materials and conducting user training, creating standard operating procedures related to SAP usage, and maintaining production master data within the system. Candidates should bring professional experience, preferably as an Engineer, Technician, or Master Craftsman, with a strong focus on SAP PP PI module knowledge and extensive experience creating validation documentation from user requirements to final reports. This position is crucial for bridging the gap between IT and production, ensuring seamless process execution and data integrity.
