Job Summary

This role involves joining an interdisciplinary team dedicated to promoting a healthy and safe working environment across various companies and sectors in the Würzburg and Tauberbischofsheim regions. The Technical Specialist acts as a competent partner, advising and supporting clients in implementing legal requirements related to occupational health and safety. Key daily activities include participating in site inspections, assisting with the creation of risk assessments, and collaboratively developing strategies to ensure workplace safety. You will also serve as a liaison between client companies, supervisory authorities, and accident insurance providers. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to independently conduct fire safety training after initial onboarding. Candidates must possess a qualification as a Journeyman, Master, or Technician in the electrical engineering trade and demonstrate strong communication skills, an independent work ethic, and a willingness to travel regionally.
