Job Summary

This role involves joining an interdisciplinary team dedicated to promoting a healthy and safe working environment across various companies and sectors in the Würzburg and Tauberbischofsheim regions. The Technical Specialist acts as a competent partner, advising and supporting clients in implementing legal requirements related to occupational health and safety. Key daily activities include participating in site inspections, assisting with the creation of risk assessments, and collaboratively developing strategies to ensure workplace safety. You will also serve as a liaison between client companies, supervisory authorities, and accident insurance providers. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to independently conduct fire safety training after initial onboarding. Candidates must possess a qualification as a Journeyman, Master, or Technician in the electrical engineering trade and demonstrate strong communication skills, an independent work ethic, and a willingness to travel regionally. This position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, attractive compensation, and the possibility of acquiring the qualification as a certified Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) through a fully funded internal program.

Required Skills

Education

Journeyman, Master, or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering Trade or comparable qualification. Desirable: Qualification as Fire Safety Officer, Shelf/Ladder Inspector, Playground Inspector, or Trainer for PPE against falls (can be acquired on the job).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the Electrical Engineering trade (Journeyman, Master, or Technician level)
  • Professional experience in advising companies on legal safety mandates (preferred)
  • Experience in conducting or supporting workplace inspections and risk assessments
  • Experience in customer interaction and moderating client discussions
