Job Summary

This role involves acting as an internal sales consultant within the Center of Excellence for Strategic Market Development and Sales Development, actively shaping the future of the insurance sales organization. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating, developing, and optimizing targeted compensation and incentive models for both independent and employed sales forces. The consultant will also focus on designing collaboration models, attractive sales contracts, and innovative distribution concepts. A key responsibility is analyzing current market trends to identify future potential, ensuring the company remains competitive. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business or Insurance Administration, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills, ready to drive impactful change within an agile team environment.
