Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional focused on maintaining complex system environments and providing critical 1st and 2nd level support. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring seamless operations, managing incident and change management via remote analysis, and performing software maintenance and patch management. A core function involves diligent ticket processing according to SLAs and ensuring clear customer communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration), coupled with foundational knowledge in networking, heterogeneous IT infrastructures, servers, and operating systems. Experience in IT support and using ticketing systems is required, along with a willingness to participate in weekend, shift, and on-call duties. The position offers structured onboarding and continuous development opportunities through an internal academy.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or successfully completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration, System Electronics Technician, Technical Assistant for Computer Science). ITIL v3 Foundation certification is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support
- Initial experience with ticketing systems
- Initial technical knowledge in Routing & Switching
- Initial technical knowledge in setting up Wireless LAN connections
