Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in high-quality medical devices, specifically mammography systems, operating in the Rhein-Main area on a home-office basis. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations of complex medical equipment according to technical specifications. The technician will independently diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and via remote diagnostics. A key aspect of the role is managing administrative tasks, such as completing daily service reports and maintenance protocols, and acting as a crucial link between the customer base and the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical or medical engineering, several years of practical experience in electronics and electromechanics, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Regular participation in technical training, including international travel, is required, alongside a willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.
