Job Summary

This role as a Production Planner Internal Manufacturing at Bayer's Consumer Health division in Darmstadt involves critical supply chain planning from bulk availability through to finished goods release. The core responsibilities include detailed packaging planning, generating process orders, and managing finished goods inventory, ensuring alignment with market demands, regulatory timelines, and production capacities. You will utilize advanced planning systems like OMP and SAP for rough and detailed scheduling, coordinate closely with manufacturing and external logistics, and develop allocation proposals to navigate bottlenecks. A key aspect is driving continuous improvement, implementing CAPAs, and optimizing service availability by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
