Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Facility Management to serve as the central point of contact for a major client, Airbus, based in Immenstaad am Bodensee. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, including preparing tenders, awarding contracts, and coordinating external subcontractor services. Key daily tasks involve detailed cost calculation, quotation preparation, and ensuring strict quality and performance control for both internal and external services. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for monitoring legal inspection deadlines and managing warranty, defect, and damage claims. Candidates must possess a degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, or Facility Management, coupled with a high degree of customer orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The position offers a highly attractive compensation package, including a company car for private use and a secure, permanent employment contract, with a salary potential up to €75,000 gross per year.
