System Planner for Access and Time Recording Systems | Systemplaner (m/w/d) für Zutritts-, und Zeiterfassungssysteme

Job Summary

This role is perfect for a technical professional passionate about designing and implementing complex access control and time recording solutions. As a System Planner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, conception, and documentation of these systems, including creating specifications, network plans, and wiring diagrams. A key part of the job involves defining and describing technical interfaces (REST, SOAP, ODBC, LDAP, VPN) and coordinating technical implementation with internal teams and external installers. You will also support the operation of SaaS and Cloud services, participate in ITIL-based Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes, and provide technical support during customer implementation phases. Candidates should possess a background in IT or Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of network design (VPNs, VLANs, DHCP/DNS), and a structured, process-oriented approach to work, coupled with fluency in German and good working knowledge of English.
