Job Summary

This critical role involves the planning, operation, and continuous development of the central IT infrastructure for one of Germany's largest private education groups, spanning approximately 70 locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing network hardware (switches, firewalls, WLAN) in data centers and remote sites, leading technical projects, and actively identifying and defending against cyber threats. You will contribute to strategic security planning and architecture, ensure the integration of cybersecurity into operational workflows, and automate key processes. The position requires proven professional experience in IT and network administration, particularly with technologies like Forcepoint NGFW, SD-WAN, and Aruba/Unifi WLAN systems, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
