This crucial role requires a dedicated Production Team Leader/Foreman to manage and coordinate the manufacturing of low-voltage switchgear within the Rittal Application Center. The successful candidate will oversee the entire production process chain, from initial work preparation through final quality control and acceptance testing before delivery. Key responsibilities include hands-on involvement in mechanical processing, assembly, and equipping control cabinets according to customer specifications, as well as operating and programming manufacturing machinery such as milling, bending, cutting, and drilling equipment. This position requires a Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Trades and proven professional experience in switchgear construction and technical team leadership (4 employees).
