Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional passionate about fuel cell technology and sustainable mobility, focusing on optimizing the entire supply chain within a production network. The Strategic Process Planner will autonomously design and implement company-specific concepts for logistics and efficient production supply, acting as a key expert in developing end-to-end production supply concepts and defining IT system requirements. Daily tasks involve collaborating with factory planning and IT experts to realize supply chain improvements, driving digitalization and automation of internal logistics, and conducting root cause analysis for supply chain deviations. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in SCM and logistics processes, and the ability to combine strategy, operations, and technology to achieve excellent business results, all while working within a global planning team.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (technical and/or business administration) with a focus on Materials Management, Logistics, Production Planning, or comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in logistics planning within a successful industrial or consulting company
  • Professional experience in SCM and logistics processes and system applications (warehousing, conveying, handling systems)
  • Experience in managing matrix teams and resolving conflicts based on facts
  • Experience in leading or participating in local and global supply chain development projects
