Job Summary
This position seeks an IT Service Technician to provide specialized support for IT systems within medical practices (Praxis EDV). The successful candidate will act as the primary technical contact, responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day duties include the installation of operating systems, standard hardware like printers and scanners, and various application software. A core function involves the installation, maintenance, and care of complex IT systems and network technology directly in physicians' offices. Furthermore, the technician will configure and support specialized software, such as practice management and archiving systems, conduct detailed error analyses, and offer consulting and practical assistance related to practice workflows. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of network technology, general IT fundamentals, technical affinity, and fluency in written and spoken German.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (desirable); Basic IT knowledge

- Professional experience in the installation, maintenance, and care of IT systems and network technology
- Professional experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
