This role is for an IT Administrator to join the IT team of the EBB Group, based in Baden-Baden, Germany. The successful candidate will act as the primary support contact, providing 1st and 2nd level support to users across seven locations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing the Windows client environment, managing software distribution and configuration, and handling user requests via a ticketing system. Furthermore, the administrator will manage iOS and Android devices using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and participate in various IT projects.
