Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician or Technical Associate to join a global public health and safety organization focused on food, feed, and environmental testing at their Rheda-Wiedenbrück laboratory. The core responsibilities involve the independent processing of analytical samples, including all necessary preparatory and post-processing tasks. You will actively contribute to quality assurance documentation and measures, assist in the development and improvement of new analytical methods, and manage laboratory consumables and chemicals. The position requires formal training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Assistant, or equivalent, coupled with a fundamental understanding of chemical-analytical processes. Strong written and spoken German skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is beneficial but not mandatory.
