Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating all Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) activities for projects focused on satellite propulsion systems and components. The MAIT Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing and testing strategies, managing budgets, defining and monitoring KPIs for continuous improvement, and ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards throughout the production lifecycle. A successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical), demonstrated leadership experience, and expertise in process optimization methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
