Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT application support, particularly focusing on the implementation and maintenance of M365 for the Leipzig site and surrounding area. The specialist will be responsible for advising and assisting employees with IT-related queries, managing user accounts, and handling access rights. Key responsibilities also include supporting the administration of central applications and their interfaces, coordinating hardware procurement, and offering remote user support, guidance, and training. The ideal candidate will have an IT background or comparable experience, with a strong understanding of M365 rollout and digitalization processes. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for two years with the aim of long-term employment, offering a chance to contribute to a non-profit organization focused on education and social services.
