Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary IT contact person for defined specialist departments within a major shipbuilding group, following the "one face to the customer" principle. The IT Business Partner will build and maintain trusted, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across multiple company locations, ensuring seamless cooperation between business units and the IT organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing new technologies and IT trends, proactively advising on their application, and continually optimizing existing systems to enhance end-user satisfaction. The partner will manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful solution acceptance, and may lead IT (sub-)projects. This position requires a strong technical background, proven experience in project execution, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, offering the chance to drive strategic IT change within a historic, innovative company.
