Electrical Design Engineer | Elektrokonstrukteur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive design and project planning of automation and electrical engineering systems for standard and special machinery and plant construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing the entire electrical system using EPLAN P8, selecting and dimensioning automation components such as sensors, actuators, drives, and controls, and ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and standards. The Electrical Design Engineer will produce detailed documentation including circuit diagrams, terminal plans, cable lists, parts lists, and assembly layouts. Furthermore, the role requires adapting machine control software, performing parameterization, and conducting functional tests on the systems. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification, proven professional experience in electrical design within mechanical and plant engineering, and good proficiency in both EPLAN P8 and English.
