Job Summary
This role is designed for a construction professional, either a Civil Engineer or Technician, seeking to transition from site work to office-based preparation and tendering within residential construction. You will be instrumental in the work preparation team, focusing on creating detailed Bills of Quantities (Leistungsverzeichnisse) for subcontractor services covering structural and finishing trades, utilizing specialized tendering software like RIB iTWO. Key responsibilities include independently calculating quantities (Massenermittlung), researching optimal and cost-effective products, and ensuring tender texts are precise to prevent subsequent claims. You will support project management and purchasing during the subcontracting process. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge and experience in turnkey construction. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a supportive, interdisciplinary team environment focused on regional projects in Southern Germany.

Technical Construction Degree, Vocational Training in Construction, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in turnkey construction
- Professional experience from the construction environment in creating Bills of Quantities
- Application of fundamental construction technical knowledge
- Initial experience with RIB iTWO tendering software (preferred)
