Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Business Analyst focused on modern, digital logistics processes within a globally leading, family-owned company. The primary responsibilities include analyzing, modeling, implementing, and continuously developing IT solutions in close collaboration with specialized departments. Key areas of focus are internal and external logistics processes, automated high-bay warehouses, conveyor systems, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs/FTS), and digital WMS-supported picking methods like MDE, Pick-by-Voice, and Pick-by-Light. You will be instrumental in ensuring the performance, stability, and availability of high-quality IT solutions in the warehouse environment and actively participate in local and international IT/logistics projects. Success requires a fundamental understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (ideally EPG) and logistical business processes, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English for international collaboration.
