Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Service Technician to join a leading German Cloud Provider focused on digital sovereignty. Based in the Düsseldorf/Cologne region, you will be crucial in maintaining the company's four data centers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, cabling, and electronic connection of server hardware and network components, performing necessary repairs, and independently handling customer inquiries. You will also monitor and maintain the in-house data center infrastructure and electronic systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Systems Electronics Technician or equivalent experience, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for IT and electronics. This full-time, permanent position requires participation in a rotating shift schedule after an initial training period, offering continuous professional development and exposure to the latest technologies.
