Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Berlin seeks a Chemical-Technical Assistant to perform critical production tasks, primarily involving the handling and processing of implants within a strictly controlled cleanroom environment. Daily responsibilities include the cleaning, labeling, and packaging of implants according to specifications, operating specialized machinery and equipment, and conducting manual laboratory-like tasks such as preparing solutions and sterilizing equipment. A significant focus is placed on quality control, involving visual inspection after production steps and verifying packaging integrity, alongside meticulous documentation of all processes. Candidates must possess a technical or scientific background (e.g., CTA, BTA, MTA) or relevant cleanroom production experience, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong organizational and teamwork skills. The role requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends (Vollkonti-System), and strict adherence to cleanroom hygiene protocols, including wearing specialized protective gear.
