Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Laboratory Technician role in Berlin involves comprehensive chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of raw, intermediate, and finished milk-based products. The successful candidate will be responsible for sample collection, preparation, and subsequent investigation to ensure quality assurance. Key duties include coordinating the evaluation, assessment, documentation, and communication of results strictly following the Quality Management (QM) system, alongside supporting the general maintenance of the laboratory. Candidates must possess professional experience, ideally as a dairy industry laboratory technician or equivalent (e.g., chemical lab technician, food chemist), coupled with extensive knowledge of food production hygiene regulations and a willingness to work in a 3-shift model, including weekends and holidays.
