Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Technical Auditor within the Frankfurt Audit Office, focusing on ensuring efficiency and compliance in construction projects for municipal buildings and infrastructure. The successful candidate will independently review the planning, execution, and billing of complex construction measures, particularly those involving new builds and existing technical building equipment (TGA), specializing in heavy current and telecommunications systems. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections, evaluating projects for economic efficiency and adherence to recognized technical standards, and providing technical consulting to building departments. This position requires extensive professional experience in TGA planning and operation, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of public procurement laws (VgV, VOB, HOAI), offering a chance to shape the city's future through process improvement and technical oversight.

Completed relevant (scientific) university degree (Bachelor/Master)
Experience
- Extensive knowledge and long-term, relevant professional experience in the planning, construction, and operation of heavy current and telecommunication systems in technical building equipment
- Experience in the field of building automation, conveying systems, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) technology
- Experience in public procurement procedures and construction law
- Experience in conducting comparative reviews and analyses
