Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the definition, creation, and continuous development of analyses, dashboards, and KPIs specifically for Process Mining applications within a leading logistics company. The Data Analyst will translate complex operational data into actionable business insights for both specialized departments and management. Key technical duties include the implementation, expansion, and support of Process Mining use cases, active participation in building and developing the supporting technical infrastructure, and executing Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes. Furthermore, the position requires setting up automations within the application and developing Machine Learning models for predictions and process optimizations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Logistics, or a related field focusing on data or process analysis, possesses strong SQL skills, and has initial practical experience with Process Mining tools like Celonis or UiPath.
