Job Summary

This role is with one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers, focusing on driving the digitization within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The IT Consultant will be responsible for analyzing complex technical, strategic, and functional content, translating abstract ideas into clear, target-group-oriented visual concepts and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting unified information and knowledge management across the business unit, organizing internal and external training sessions and webinars, and conceptualizing structural and organizational improvements. Candidates must bring at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, possess exceptional skills in quickly grasping and visualizing complex information, and demonstrate strong storytelling and structuring competence, particularly using PowerPoint. Success requires a highly structured, goal-oriented, and assertive approach coupled with strong communication and coordination abilities.
