Job Summary

This role is a strategic and operational driver for a future-proof, high-performing, and secure IT infrastructure within a rapidly growing cargo airline. The (Senior) Expert will be responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing IT infrastructure across key areas including Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, virtualization (VMware), and backup/archiving (Veeam, Barracuda). Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring stable and scalable operations, acting as the technical point of contact for IT Service Continuity Management and information security compliance, and providing technical guidance to external service providers. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge in hybrid Microsoft environments, network architectures (Cisco preferred), and virtualization, coupled with a strong mentoring mindset to develop team capabilities and drive technical and methodological advancements across the organization.
