Job Summary

This crucial role involves acting as the strategic and operational driver for a modern, secure IT workplace environment within a rapidly expanding cargo airline based at Leipzig/Halle Airport. The expert will focus on the architecture, development, and documentation of the Digital Workplace infrastructure, ensuring reliable access for employees whether they are in the office, flying, or working remotely. Key responsibilities include designing, operating, and optimizing core Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams/VoIP, and VDI solutions like Omnissa Horizon. A significant part of the job involves implementing robust security and compliance measures (e.g., M365 Security Baselines, Zero Trust) and serving as the technical contact for IT Service Continuity Management. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive practical experience in hybrid infrastructure management, structured troubleshooting, and possess a mentoring mindset to foster knowledge transfer and establish efficient technical standards across the organization.
