Job Summary

SPEKTRA GmbH is seeking a technically skilled Field Service Technician to join their service team, specializing in the on-site mechanical calibration of vibration testing systems and electrical calibration of vibration control systems. This role is crucial for quality assurance, requiring the professional to act as a quality inspector, ensuring all systems meet defined standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing calibrations, evaluating results, creating detailed calibration certificates and test reports, and advising customers on metrological requirements. The position involves significant travel (50–70% field service) across Germany, preferably based in Central or Southern Germany, with the remainder of the time spent in the Dresden office or remote. The ideal candidate holds a degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Measurement Technology, or equivalent professional experience, combined with strong communication skills and a high willingness to travel.
