Key responsibilities include preparing, planning, and executing electro-technical training programs in alignment with current curricula, providing individual coaching to ensure trainees successfully pass their exams, and fostering their professional and personal growth. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, holds the Trainer Aptitude certification (AEVO), and brings significant professional experience in Energy and Building Technology. Success requires strong social competence, clear communication skills, and the ability to maintain a motivating and respectful learning environment while collaborating closely with specialized departments, vocational schools, and the Chamber of Crafts.
