Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will assume full responsibility for the financial and personnel leadership of the entire Finance and Accounting department, managing a team of approximately five employees. This senior role ensures the smooth operation and continuous development of all processes within Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT. Key responsibilities include securing budgets, managing investment and liquidity planning, and providing regular reports to corporate management. The CFO acts as the company's representative in all financial matters, maintaining contact with banks, auditing bodies, authorities, and insurance companies within this internationally successful engineering and product company. Candidates must possess strong leadership and strategic capabilities, alongside fluency in German and good English skills, operating in a dynamic and autonomous management environment.

Required Skills

Education

Finance professional with advanced training as an Expert in Accounting and Controlling (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma or equivalent advanced certification)

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably within the producing or technical industry
  • Proven leadership experience coupled with strong conceptual and strategic abilities
