Key daily tasks include managing enrollment and de-registration processes, providing organizational assistance for examination procedures, and issuing official documents such as certificates and diplomas. Furthermore, the role requires handling lecturer contracts, processing billing, and supporting the study management team with organizational tasks and statistical evaluations. Applicants must possess a completed vocational qualification (e.g., Administrative Specialist or Office Management) and several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the higher education sector or public administration. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this structured, team-oriented environment.
