Job Summary
This pivotal role as Project Manager for Outpatient Classifications involves leading the strategic analysis and implementation of ambulatory classification systems within the context of the national DigiSanté program. Based in Neuchâtel with flexible remote work options (80-100%), you will be responsible for coordinating complex work streams and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, as well as national and international partners regarding classification development, including systems like ICD-11 and rare diseases. Candidates must possess a background in medicine, advanced nursing, or medical informatics, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector. Success requires strong project management skills, deep familiarity with Swiss outpatient classifications and tariff systems, and a robust professional network in the health domain. This position offers a unique chance to shape Switzerland's data ecosystem and contribute significantly to public health governance.
Required Skills
Education
Medical Doctor (MD), Advanced Degree in Nursing, or Advanced Degree in Medical Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector (including ambulatory domain)
- Solid experience in project management and process management
- Proven ability to collaborate and network with internal and external partners
Languages

- Deep familiarity with outpatient classifications and tariff systems used in Switzerland; Active knowledge of two official languages (German, French, or Italian) is required; Strong social competencies and ability to assert oneself; Must possess a good professional network within the health sector.
