Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Information Security to strengthen and evolve secure IT structures and processes within a highly sensitive environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert technical support, evaluating technical and organizational security measures, and ensuring compliance by implementing security-relevant processes based on recognized standards like BSI IT-Grundschutz (IT Baseline Protection) and ISO 27000. A core function is assisting in the establishment, documentation, and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), alongside analyzing risks, vulnerabilities, and processing IT security incidents. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field and possesses very good knowledge of current security norms.
