Job Summary

This role involves executing essential maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on electrical machinery and plant systems for a company in Brilon. The Mechatronics Technician will be responsible for analyzing and independently resolving faults, conducting regular testing and inspection work, and assisting with modifications and expansions of existing equipment. A key part of the job includes accompanying test runs and commissioning systems following maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education with an electrical focus (e.g., Mechatronics Technician or Industrial Electrician), strong technical and process understanding, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment. This position requires reliability, resilience, teamwork, and the willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
