Job Summary

This critical role focuses on ensuring the long-term technical performance and continuous operation of assigned sites while adhering to strict cost specifications and corporate strategic goals. The Technical Site Team Lead is responsible for the autonomous technical management of properties and technical systems, including personnel deployment planning, recruitment, and development for the team. Day-to-day duties involve managing spare parts, overseeing procurement, selecting and collaborating with external service providers, and ensuring high system availability and operational technology. A key aspect is the continuous analysis and optimization of all technology-relevant processes, coupled with rigorous budget control and technical monitoring of key performance indicators. The position requires ensuring consistently high technical quality and optimal cooperation with the company headquarters. Candidates must bring a qualified professional degree in engineering (preferably university level), at least five years of professional experience, initial leadership skills, and mandatory UVV Inspector certification.
