This role as a Commercial Assistant focused on Digitalization in Bonn involves actively supporting the transition and optimization of digital business processes across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance and administration of digital data and workflows, handling the checking, assignment, and processing of digital documents, and serving as a key interface between specialist departments, IT teams, and external service providers. You will also contribute significantly to reporting and documentation efforts for newly implemented processes. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial qualification, strong IT affinity, and proficiency in MS Office tools, coupled with a precise working style and a rapid grasp of complex data structures.
