Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Specialist in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join the Central Authorization Management team, with work locations available in Saarbrücken or Munich. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of user authorizations, including managing internal tickets, coordinating ITSM processes, and serving as the application owner for the IAM software. Day-to-day duties involve creating and updating authorization documentation (e.g., role concepts), supporting system administration and optimization, advising specialized departments, and conducting regular authorization monitoring and recertification checks to ensure compliance. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics or equivalent professional training, coupled with initial practical experience in IAM and familiarity with IT Service Management software and data protection standards.
