Job Summary

This role seeks a detail-oriented Geospatial and Surveying Specialist to actively contribute to the energy transition by managing the technical documentation of critical utility infrastructure, including electricity, gas, water, and heat networks. Key responsibilities involve supporting complex surveying activities, operatively capturing and updating digital line data, and ensuring the quality assurance of network documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. The specialist will utilize GIS systems, specifically CAIGOS, for the processing, analysis, and cleanup of geodata derived from surveying activities, and will be introduced to GIS system administration and development. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in Surveying or Geomatics, or a degree in Geography or Geoinformatics. Essential skills include a strong understanding of technical drawings, proficiency with surveying instrumentation, and experience with geographical inventory documentation (GIS).
