Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support for customers across Munich and Southern Bavaria. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, alongside analyzing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows client malfunctions. The technician will manage the entire lifecycle of workstations, including setup, configuration, and dismantling, while ensuring all support requests are accurately documented in standard ticketing systems. A key aspect is introducing users to new systems and performing critical data and profile backups. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT systems (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience in device troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of Active Directory and authorization management.
