Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of deploying, installing, and managing workplace IT hardware and peripherals, ensuring smooth transitions during IT rollouts. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for mounting and dismounting hardware, installing new systems, connecting peripheral devices, and providing initial training to users on both hardware and software. A key part of the job involves meticulous documentation of all installations using dedicated apps, performing initial fault analysis, and escalating complex issues. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in IT systems electronics or system integration who are proficient with Windows and MS Office environments, possess strong service orientation, and are prepared for occasional nationwide travel, including overnight stays, to support client sites across Germany.
