Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for end-users. Day-to-day tasks include setting up notebooks, printers, and peripherals, diagnosing and resolving errors related to Windows, networking, and hardware, and managing support requests via ticketing systems, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up. The technician will also be crucial in setting up new workstations and assisting with IT rollouts and migrations, including user instruction on new hardware and software. Key requirements include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills across clients, printers, and mobile devices, and proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, and standard software. Required Skills
