Key responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and supporting IT workstations, managing hardware rollouts, and maintaining standard and specialized equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. The technician will also be responsible for equipment management, asset tracking, and handling support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring meticulous documentation. Candidates must have a completed professional qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, coupled with proven experience in field customer service and user support. Strong German and good English skills, along with a valid driver's license, are mandatory for this field-based position.
