Onsite IT Support Technician | Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential Onsite Support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for a leading European IT service provider, supporting numerous major corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup and dismantling of workstations, including troubleshooting issues directly at the user's location. Key daily tasks include managing tickets within a ticketing system, provisioning and wiping notebooks, inventory management, and providing initial training on new equipment and mobile devices. This position requires flexibility to work in alternating early and late shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, initial experience in onsite support, and excellent verbal and written German skills (C1 level or higher). Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
