Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support within the Potsdam region for a leading German IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals) and software, as well as addressing network issues directly at the user's location. A key part of the job includes processing service requests via a ticketing system, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing user instruction while ensuring data and profile security. Candidates must possess professional experience in Onsite Support and troubleshooting, proficiency with Active Directory, standard hardware, and mobile devices, alongside excellent German language skills and a strong customer-service orientation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Onsite Support
  • Professional experience in troubleshooting
  • Secure handling of Active Directory
  • Experience with standard hardware including mobile devices

Languages

German (Fluent)
