Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and rollout services for a leading European IT service provider, assisting various end-customers within a 50km radius of the Düsseldorf/Cologne area, tailored to your residence. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and monitors, alongside performing comprehensive troubleshooting and functional testing for both hardware and software issues. You will also manage basic user account tasks, provide direct user support, and meticulously document all activities, maintaining checklists and asset data. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in IT Systems Integration or equivalent, possesses experience in IT rollouts and user support, is proficient with Windows 10/11 and MS Office, and demonstrates strong German and basic English skills, coupled with a service-oriented and structured approach to work.
