Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified IT Technician to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers, supporting over 600,000 IT workplaces globally. The primary focus is providing dedicated Onsite Support across the Freimann and Funkhaus locations, primarily within the banking sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hardware rollouts, participating in various IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system landscape. The technician will be crucial in resolving incidents via First and Second Level Support (both remote and onsite), handling customer inquiries through various channels, and managing hardware components (assembly/disassembly) and asset data maintenance. The ideal candidate must have vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, proven experience in Windows, Office, and ticketing systems, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
