Job Summary

This role involves leading the Textile Ecology teams for multiple fashion brands, focusing on ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards for textile products. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the team, overseeing the commissioning and evaluation of physical and chemical quality tests conducted by suppliers and external laboratories globally. A key part of the job is ensuring adherence to all European and national legal requirements, including REACH and TKVO, and continuously developing chemical and physical textile standards. The position requires strong communication skills to manage internal interfaces (Design, Quality Inspection) and external partners (international suppliers, testing labs). Ideal candidates will have a background in Chemistry or Textile Ecology, significant quality management experience in the textile sector, and initial leadership experience.
